昨天慢跑恢复过来了,热身跑的比较慢。tempo前2迈没有以前那么累,前4迈维持在7:12-7:15区间,感觉状态不错,决定增加tempo 7迈为8迈。不过第6、7迈还是跑得很吃力,不过最后1迈还能冲一下没掉速。

今天气温高,但体感并没有前两周那么热,可能有点小风。
