Ostrich Relays; a 4x1mile relay with a bunch of other fast people; my times were a little slow but I hadn't done any real speedwork before this and it was super cold! Andre was out of shape from taking off so he got 4:56/5:23 and Brock beasted with a 4:37/4:22; the winning team in the first heat was Brock and Corley Webb, second was Coleman Churitch and Alec Thomas both of Brentwood; it was basically a 2x1600 workout with a very short rest in between the two; I was the first and third leg for my team which was me and Bemenet Getachew of MLK; fun event but was hoping for faster times but I'm not worried about it; I'll be ready when it counts!
