Notes

Did a 30 minute cardio class at the Y that included planks, mountain climbers, standup squats, jumping jacks, in-place jogging, and lots of core crunches and bicycles; then did 1 set of my corework creation: 30 situps, 20 pushups, 90 second plank, and 25 up-downs; plenty of core today! Third consecutive day in a row of corework. Oh yeah! Then did a short second run of the day on the treadmill with pickups...
