Cycling class at the Y; did intervals of 5-7 minutes in length with about 30sec recovery in between then finished with 30sec on/off intervals; kept it on level 34 and tried to maintain about 100 rpm for the intervals; sweated like crazy in that small room-don't think they had an A/C in there...
