8 miles with 10xhill blasts
Got up early to do this before it got too hot; decided to also do a cycling class at the Y with my mom afterwards so did my hill blasts on a different hill-started at the Warren's Plumbing sign in a yard and ran up to the next side street which was roughly 10 seconds; this one probably wasn't quite as steep but still went as hard as I could on them; also did a few strides in the warm-up to loosen up; felt good overall; running early is the way to go in summer if I can get up...
