7 miles with 6x30sec pick-ups was on the schedule for today but wasn't feeling too good so I was just glad I decided to get out the door for any kind of run; decided to do a 5 miler and do the 7 miler on Sunday instead; once I started, I started feeling a little better and was rolling pretty early on despite the hills here so just went with it and didn't feel hard at all...
