4-6 miles very easy

Ran out to the main part of the greenway and back; it wasn't hard at all to keep this one slow since I could feel a good bit of soreness in my thighs from yesterday; the soreness got better as the run went on though; enjoyed just shuffling along today after completing a solid week of training again; highest mileage week ever!
