Ran two of the 2 mile loops around the park then did another loop the opposite way then veered off the loop a little the fourth time since I was getting tired of the same loop so probably did the loop 3.5 times; the loop is really hilly but stayed relaxed after I warmed up a little bit; finished with 6 strides with the last stride being longer than the others (about 200m), the strides felt good...
