A beautiful 56 degrees with a 50 dewpoint definitely makes running way easier; I ran this faster than I should have but really didn't mean to-I got going too quickly early on and tried putting on the brakes slightly throughout but I was locked into a faster pace that never felt hard at all so stayed around the same pace throughout; actually really enjoyed this run; I'll make sure I keep tomorrow super easy so I can be ready for the workout on Wednesday...
