6 miles very easy with 8-10 hill blasts
Made it a point to keep it nice and easy outside of the hill blasts; only did a couple strides before in the second mile instead of the usual four; Garmin measured .03 for a lot of them again but did them the same way I usually do them pushing as hard as I can for those 10-11 seconds up the hill; today is the first official day of fall and I wore a long sleeve shirt for the first time, couldn't be any nicer outside for a run!
