Ran with Patrick for the first 3.5 miles then Andre caught up to us and passed us so Patrick went with him and I just ran by myself the rest of the way; went a lot faster than I was planning on going so I need to make sure to actually go easy on my next easy run; Patrick and Andre ran the last four miles together today at sub 6 pace!
