8 miles with 6x10-12sec flat sprints
Drove down to the greenway thing that follows the beach, the route was pretty nice; tons of people were out on it either walking, biking, or running; did an out and back starting at The Crab Shack; ran a 4 mile warmup with two strides in mile 3 and two strides in mile 4 then stopped to do some drills and get started with the sprints; the sprints were fast which is good but I sure got some weird looks from people I would pass during a sprint and then slow to a granny jog a few seconds later; as usual here, it was super muggy and hot; finished by running back to where I started...
