Decided to do 7 miles to end the week on a nice, even 72 miles for the week; ran the Smyrna Parks 5k course twice plus a little more around the park; it rained steadily the whole run which was nice; took me a couple miles to really get going but felt good after that; didn't really feel any soreness...
