18 mile long run

Ran the first 10 miles with Jordan as an out and back starting at Bongo Java East, down Music Row, then to the other Bongo Java shop, then back to where we started; the stretch from where we turned around all the way down to the bottom of Demonbreun is awesome-3 miles of pure downhill running (but there was a lot of climbing to get to that point); once we got back to the start, I stopped for some water then continued on by myself for my last 8 miles (also got water at miles 13 and 15 in Shelby Bottoms); ran down Lillian Street to get to the pond in Shelby Park and just turned around after 4 miles in that direction; I didn't realize it was going to be SO hilly to get over to Shelby Bottoms, those hills definitely tired me out; the last two miles are slow though because of the nonstop hills running back to Bongo Java; I was ready to be done by the end but I was still feeling strong and enjoyed running this route despite all the hills...
