Notes

Corework at the Y; did the same as yesterday except on the second set of pushups: 30 situps/20 pushups/75 second plank/25 up-downs/30 situps/25 pushups/90 second plank/25 up-downs; this is a solid core strengthening circuit that I created! My core was still sore from yesterday's corework; this better make my core super strong!
