Warmup turning around at the start of the Stonecrest loop with 2 strides in miles 3 and 4; felt really stiff for the first mile but felt better for the strides and hill blasts; I could tell my legs were fresh and ready for the hill blasts, felt strong on them making sure to have a big arm swing to gain momentum quickly up the hill...
