This run was not as easy as last week's. (and you can tell.. it was my slowest pace in over a week for a short run) I was still pretty fast for where I want to be right now, however. My upper body was sore after lifting weights yesterday. And for some reason the bones in my foot that lead to both my big toes were sore the entire run??? I hope that doesn't continue. It was really humid today... 95%.
