I got up at 6:30 to run but we were having a thunderstorm, so I waited until 9:15am when it was over. It was 79 degrees with 82% humidity... feels like temp was 82. The first two mile were easy but the rest was really hard. Had to have been the heat and humidity. I had 4 hills.. the last one at mile 4.5 about killed me. No aches or pains from my body, but I was dead at the end.
