Notes
This run went really well. The temperature was perfect for the end of May in Arkansas. It was a little warm once the sun was all the way up, but this is probably the last time I'll run when it's 60 degrees until the fall. I told myself I was going to hold back since this was my first 8 miler in a month and I did.... I was very comfortable until the 1.5 and that was probably just because I hadn't done that distance in a while. My splits were pretty consistant.
