Notes
This run went very well. The weather was perfect. My legs were tight the first 3 miles but I ran out of that. Then my left foot went numb at mile 5. But it went away after mile 6 or so. Then just general fatigue set in at about mile 8 and I thought I was done and had paced too quickly. But at about mile 10 I started feeling better and cruised to my PR finish!
