Absolutely perfect race! Crazy 50-mile PR! Probably my best race ever.
- Never bonked
- Ate a constant intake of powerbar gummies, cliff shots, and gels.
- Was good about salt.
- Ran A LOT...even a lot of uphills.
- Ran strong all the way to finish
- No leg soreness monday
- Cannot believe how good i felt, and feel today!
