Notes
This run was mentally hard because I just felt like I was dragging along. I had to walk a lot the last half becuase the sun came out and it got warm. All in all I ended up being faster than I felt. I just sure hope this works.
My biggest complaint today was my feet. I worked for the past two days and my feet are just tired and worn out. Probably wasn't a good idea to do a longish run after having worked two days in a row but oh well. I learned my lesson and am probably stronger becuase of it. Really it wasn't all that bad though. Felt good to be outside.

Eh. I hope to see some improvement in this long run soon. Otherwise I really don't know how I'll handle the runs when they get to the 14 + mile range.
