Notes
It was humid for New Mexico today. There was rain in the mountains yesterday so it's not as "muggy" but you could still feel it. I went out with a purpose today and it made the run easier to handle. My goal was to keep my HR low and to make this an easy recovery run. I was successful. Felt great and am very pleased with my average HR.
Got good sleep last night. In bed by 9:30 and asleep by about 10. Woke up this morning at 6:45, ate breakfast, had coffee and was out the door before it got too hot although I probably could have started earlier.
