Notes
This was an OK run. Not as good as last weeks by far. My quads are still feeling sore. I've had an unexpected hormonal visit which has me drained. That with the temps being 75 today during my run and the wind that blew my hat off made for a very difficult run. My HR was all over the place which it wasn't last week. I'm really wondering if I am overtraining/overreaching right now. I'm exhausted. Work has also been very hard this week which definately has an effect on my running and how I feel. Work really drained me on Monday and Tuesday.
