Notes

HRM worked for only half of the run so I ran the last half by feel. No big deal. It's nice to know that I can still keep things under control without the HRM and not kill myself. This training has taught me a lot. I chose this course today because of the hills in it. There are two very serious hills between miles 2 and 3 so since this was an out and back, I got to run them twice. I saw the elevation profile for the Durango HM and decided that there is no way I can run too many hills. That one is going to be a killer, that's for sure.
