Wow! Great run today! I can't believe what my average heart rate was! I'm so hooked on this heart rate training it's amazing the improvements I've been seeing! This was my wamup lap for today. Since I ran in the evening, I did not take my inhaler like normal. I think I am going to start doing that more often. I don't think I need it as much now that I'm not killing myself out there. I wonder if it's become a crutch for me. We'll see

Max speed today was 6.2 mph!!!!!!! that's slightly under a 10 minute per mile pace. Whoppee!!!!!!!
