Notes
This is my last long run before the race. It did not go as well as planned and I know why. I was not fully recovered from the Duke City Half marathon and I paid dearly for it today. At mile 14 it hit me hard and I thought I was going to lose it. The way my legs felt reminded me of how I felt in the last few miles of the Phoenix RnR marathon that I ran in January. I did use it as a learing tool though. I pretended that I was in the last few miles of a marathon and I played in my head how I was going to react and that kept me going.
