Notes
This was the first lap I ran tonight. I was feeling so well that I had a hard time controlling my HR. I'm definately starting to see improvements which has been great for my motivation

Mile 2 15:38 161 (this section was all uphill)
Mile 3 14:33 161 (mixed here but mostly downhill)
Mile 0.31 12:59 165 (started to ignore the HR monitor here)
