I ran with Sara on the Schuylkill River Trail this morning. We started out slowly as we had a mile to run in the city getting to the trail, then once on the trail we had another easy mile, then a cut down until mile nine. Easy cool down mile at the end. Mile splits were as follows: 10:24, 9:41, 8:26, 8:26, 8:22, 7:57, 7:36, 7:09, 7:04, 10:09.
