Sara and I got going early this morning, since I need to attend meetings today. We ran a mile to the trail then I did a specific workout of 8 x 800 meter repeats in 6:00 to 6:30 pace, with 800 meter recovery jog at 8:50 pace. The we ran the mile back to the motel. It was hot, and humid for this early in the morning.
