Notes
Challenging run this morning with Simon. We did pretty well overall, but there were a few points of exhaustion mostly due to the heat. The conditions were a bit tougher than two weeks ago, but I think that even though we felt the heat more in the end, we actually kept up a respectable pace in the last 13k. Happy with the result, even happier to be done.

My first fortnightly cycle comes to an end with this run. 13 days without a rest day, culminating in today's long run. 165 kilometers (103 miles). Two speed sessions, one tempo run, one progression run, one medium-long run, one long run, three base runs, and four recovery days. Looking forward to my first day off in two weeks.
