1k warm-up (6:00/km) + 5k base pace (4:52/km) + 4k race pace (4:27/km)

After almost four days of recovery, all muscles seem to be back to normal, except this morning the groin soreness was back. It did not seem to get worse as the run progressed and post run it feels fine. Really need to be cautious about this, because I need to keep up the intensity over these next two weeks of training.
