Felt good for the first 8k. After a 6-minute warm-up kilometer, I started at 5-minute pace and worked down to 4:40, but legs started to feel heavy and groin started to feel sore around 8.8, so I decided to ease back to a 5:00 pace and cut the 13k run short at 10k. Hope it's not a sign of over training, since I feel that I have already cut back my volume over the last four weeks. This run should have felt better, but my legs were feeling tired and heavy yesterday throughout the day, so we'll see what's going on. I would like to not let my weekly distance drop below 70k, but unless I get in some good runs in the next two days, it looks like it will be in the 60s.
