Easy 4 Miles - Windy today (15 MPH) but a pretty standard easy run. My breathing was picking up into the wind so I made myself slow down a little. After I turned with the wind, my legs felt light and fresh. I have noticed that the easy run after my tempo day is usually a little faster than normal.
