COMMENTS: I'm kind of disappointed in this run with the first mile being clocked at 8:44. Still that being said, My times are starting to come down and I'm eyeballing a 31 min 5k at Thanksgiving. Only time will tell if I can do this right now my goal is a 33 min 5k so I just may adjust this sometime in the next 3 weeks.
