Notes

COMMENTS: Good walk today - started sweating around min 24 and it really wasn't that warm. Legs are tired but not sore, feet feel pretty good along with knees and hips. Icing last night after the run seems to help a little. Also I noticed that when I woke up this morning my back really didn't hurt too much. Maybe the stretching I did last night before running helped. I'm going to continue do that.
