COMMENTS: Great run today with Alex - I think this was the best time I've logged at this distance in over two-three years. I do owe this all to Alex setting the pace for me though. I know he could run this much faster than the 29 min + change then he logged, but it was nice having him there to push me along. Is it possible to dream a sub 30 min 5k at Thanksgiving?
