COMMENTS: Nice run with Alex tonight. Alex ran with me for the first two mile then left me in the dust. mile 1: 10:18; mile 2: 10:56; mile 3: 11:57. As you can see, I fell off pretty fast. Still I should be able to break 33 mins for thanksgiving.
