COMMENTS: Decided to try to run the whole distance when I started, somewhere in the first half mile I wanted to go fast. First mile was in the low 10 min range. Finished very strong knees and ankels started to get really lose over the final half mile. I can't remember when I had confidence in my footing either running or walking. Once again I stretched before and iced my legs after. That seems to be working pretty well.
