Yay, no pain! I ate cereal at 3:45, didn't have anything to drink between that time and now. Focused on exhaling for a long count of 5 every few breaths, tucked my thumbs into my fist and kept my arms at my side. Actually felt like I could have gone longer without getting uncomfortable. Calves were tight in the beginning but warmed up.
