Nice night with cooler temps. Bike good. Felt great to be back on the bike. Windy S and E buffeting. Felt like legs were out of synch and lungs struggled but otherwise good. Pushed a bit but didn't think I was doing that time. Surprised. No wonder things didn't feel smooth. I was hammering more than I realised. Very enjoyable.
