25 minute Tempo Run at 7.4 MPH 2% Incline (7:46 equivalent). Ran the first 20 minutes with shoes on at a 173 cadence, then ran for 5 minutes at a 180 cadence, but BAREFOOT!. I ended up with a couple of blisters, but it was one of the most pain free runs I have had in a long time. The remaining time was walking warm-up (5 minute) and cool-down (5 minute).
