WDF Dry Run

Notes

Pat and I ran the Striders WDF course twice. We started with 2 laps on the HCC track and then headed right out to the course. The first time around the course wasn't too bad, but my energy level went way down on the second lap (going in the opposite direction). I was pretty pooped. Had to take quite a few walking breaks. This was only the second time that I have run 7 miles. I think I probably added mileage too quickly after cutting back to 3-4 mile runs while on vacation. The run also sapped my energy for a good part of the day which my runs usually don't do.
