Notes
Ran with Aubs, Karl, Simon and a chap called Andrew Payne. First time doing this route - starts at Karls place, up Ou Kaapseweg, down and through Fish Hoek, along Main Road through Muizenberg and Lakeside, along back of West Lake golf course and back to Karls. The 4 of them ran at 4.30 pace, to quick for me, so I spent most of the time running off the back. Still, lovely route and enjoyed it very much.
Note - only 5 hours sleep the night before ... not to repeat in the future!
