Absolutely awesome run through the forests above Potter's place in Elgin. Started with Launchpad but he droppped off the pace inside the first 2 kms. Potter seconded me with water and Bar Ones - needed them after Nick and Shelly's wedding the day before - until the quad bike chain broke .. had to push him home. Several stops along the run for photos/water/food. Average heart rate ok - possibly a little high. Chest felt a little tight at the end, but no coughing. Was quite stiff still from cricket practice on Thursday.
