Beautiful morning run with Karl and Aubs - Muizenberg to past Fish Hoek and back, all along the sea. Managed the distance easily, but it felt as though I was going faster than 4.40 pace, and towards the end my calves started to get stiff. Definitely still getting over Knysna, as also indicated by heart rate.
