Awesome, beautiful run - definitely one to do yearly. Ran with Andy (and Craig Kennedy from about 3km) and chatted the whole way. Felt super until about the last 3-5km when it started to feel like a marathon - before that though I really felt strong - couldn't actually believe how strong I felt! Recovered very well too - was running up and down stairs in the evening and felt great the next day (other than a slight slightly tight calves, a little tenderness in the quads and a tight left hip). All in all, an awesome run!
