7 x 800m with a 60s rest in between. First quality session since being sick with a throat infection. Was absolutely no where - felt like a lot of ground lost. Was aiming to do 10, did 5 then skipped one, did 2 more then called it. Lungs struggled massively. Leg's no too bad, but not great either. Disappointing with Oceans so close...
