Great run with Andy and Nick (met up with Aubs at half way). Started outside Knead, out to Fishhoek, Sun Valley, Black Hill, Simonstown and then back to Muizenberg, along the boardwalks were possible. Felt really good the whole way - no problems. Knee feeling worlds better.
