Great long run with Andy, Pierre and Paul. Started outside Olympia Cafe, along Boyes Drive then up along the back of Clovelly Golf Course, down Ou Kaapse, through the back of Fish Hoek and on to finish at Olympia. Knee felt great, but left glute still a bit sore / tired from TMC. Finished strongly.
